I don't ever want to hear any veteran say that I don't care for them. because it is the farthest from the truth. Now, does the system make it confusing and difficult for our older and non-computer-literate brothers and sisters out there to apply for certain programs? YES, and that is why they get frustrated and leave. Now, does that make it easier on the VA system? You are darn right it does, and I'm sure they are not complaining about it either.  This is the reason for this website. So the ones who use this site need to go out to the VSO building, like VFW, American Legion, DAV, and visit the OLD timers to see what they may need help with.
